Escape to sunny Corfu!   Welcome to Stathis Apartments!

Corfu - Kerkyra

The island of Corfu is situated in the Ionian Sea, to the west of mainland Greece and is one of the most popular summer holiday destinations

It combines natural beauty, cosmopolitan lifestyle and rich history. It has some of the best beaches in the Mediterranian, and caters for all styles of summer tourism

The beautiful Corfu town, with its two Venetian Fortresses and the numerous little streets ("kantounia") full of speciality shops, makes for an excellent pass time for tourists who prefer to explore on foot

There are numerous coastal villages, all accessible via the road network, each with a different flavour. Many visitors choose to rent a car or a scooter, to tour the island free of fixed timetables

You can get flights to Corfu from most European airports. You can also arrive in the island by car, taking a 90-minute journey on the ferry from the port of Igoumenitsa, in the mainland to the east of the island

Corfu, as the rest of Greece, has Euro as currency. The voltage is 220V. The weather from May to October is very sunny and hot (to say the least!), although occasionally there are some showers which take everybody, tourists and locals alike, by surprise

We accept bookings for Summer 2009
